General Return Guidelines
We accept returns on most items within 30 days from the date of delivery, provided the items are in their original, unused condition. If you received a damaged or incorrect item, we’ll gladly assist with an exchange or refund.
Eligibility for Returns:
- Items must be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.
- Products must be in new, unused condition (including any packaging, if applicable).
- Returns must include the original receipt or order number for processing.
- Digital products (eBooks, audiobooks, etc.) are non-returnable once downloaded.
How to Return an Item
To begin your return, please follow these steps:
- Log in to your account on Stronix.
- Go to the “My Orders” section.
- Find the order containing the item you want to return.
- Select the “Request a Return” option next to the item(s) you wish to return.
- Choose the reason for the return from the list of options.
- Submit your return request. We will process it and send you a return shipping label (if applicable).
Note: If your item was damaged or incorrect, please reach out to us immediately so we can assist you with a quick exchange or refund.
Return Shipping
If your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label (if applicable). For all returns, the following applies:
- Domestic Returns: Stronix offers free return shipping for defective or damaged items. For all other returns, customers will be responsible for the return shipping cost unless otherwise stated in the return policy.
- International Returns: International customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Please ensure that the returned items are packaged securely to avoid damage during transit.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and processed, we will issue your refund to the original payment method. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- If the item was returned within the 30-day return window and meets the return criteria, you will receive a full refund.
- If the return is outside the 30-day window, or the item does not meet the return criteria (such as being opened or damaged), the refund may be refused.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for another, follow these steps:
- Initiate the return process as described above.
- Once the return is approved, place a new order for the item you would like to receive in exchange.
- Upon receiving the returned item, we will process a refund for the original purchase.
Note: You are responsible for placing a new order for any exchanges. We do not automatically exchange products.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Digital Products: eBooks, audiobooks, and other downloadable products.
- Gift Cards: Stronix gift cards are non-returnable.
- Items marked as final sale or explicitly labeled as non-returnable at the time of purchase.
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, we are happy to assist you with an exchange or refund. We will resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
